How many people come on tours?
Group sizes vary, but the tour is generally capped at 20 to ensure the best experience for all guests.
Do I need to book in advance?
Advance booking is advisable as tours do sell out (particularly Saturday afternoons.) It also means your guide will be on the lookout for you, so you don't miss the group. Walk-ups are welcome if space allows, but please book in advance to avoid disappointment. Bookings are open up to the morning of the tour.
Is there an age limit?
While all are welcome to attend, guests should be aware that the Waterloo Tour finishes in the Cellar Door Cocktail Bar which is strictly 18+. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.
Is the tour accessable?
Both tour routes can be adapted to be wheel-chair accessable. It is also possible to make private bookings for slower-paced or shorter tours for those less able to walk long distances. Any queries about access requirements can be addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org
How many toilets do you visit?
It depends how you're counting. We visit a wide range of sites from current public toilets, to points of historical interest that are toilet related. You're guarenteed to have at least 10 currently available toilets pointed out en-route, though we won't go into every single one (because let's face it... not all toilet interiors are particularly exciting.)
What is your refund policy for private hire?
We typically offer refunds up to 72 hours before the tour start time.
